Unlocking The Potential In Gender Equality To Build Purposeful Brands
UNLOCKING THE POTENTIAL IN GENDER EQUALITY TO BUILD PURPOSEFUL BRANDS
In 2018, Oliver Russell's founder and president discovered the SDGs and challenged himself to prioritize one, choosing SDG 5. His thinking: If we can attain gender equality, we have the key to unlock achieving the rest of the goals as well. Oliver Russell is a certified B Corp and legal benefit corporation based out of Boise, ID.

MORE ABOUT OLIVER RUSSELL
Oliver Russell builds brands for bright, passionate, experienced business people who use entrepreneurial moxie to create products, services, and business models that benefit society. We help connect them with customers by crafting compelling stories that are shared via owned and earned media using digital marketing, social media, and public relations.
We’re experts in the motivations of purpose-driven consumers. We apply this knowledge to our focus categories of natural food and beverages, public health, technology, start-ups, and sustainability consulting.
Oliver Russell is a Public Benefit Corporation, which gives us the legal right and responsibility to pursue social and environmental outcomes alongside financial profit. We’re also a Certified B Corporation, which means we’ve completed a rigorous assessment of our practices and policies as they relate to the environment, workers, customers, community, and governance. We operate Think Boise First, an independent business network promoting a local living economy, and we are a certified Bicycle Friendly Business by the League of American Bicyclists. A purpose-driven agency, we strive to be creative, collaborative, progressive, and socially responsible in all we do.
Since founding 27 years ago, we have donated over $2,000,000 to social causes. We’ve helped support the Women’s Olympic Fencing team, provided air conditioners to a local nursing home, and contributed over $40,000 in marketing services to the Special Olympics. Our globally-minded giving has helped fight poverty and hunger, revive low-income neighborhoods, and support families affected by terrorism
